1. Mandatory Yatra Registration

You can register through the following official channels provided by the Uttarakhand Government:

• Official Website: Visit the Tourist Care Uttarakhand Portal to create an account and download your Yatra Registration Letter (e-pass) with a QR code.
  
  

• Mobile App: Download the "Tourist Care Uttarakhand" app on Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
  
  

• WhatsApp: Type "Yatra" and send it to +91- 7055555199 to complete the process via automated chat.
  
  

• Offline Counters: If you cannot register online, physical counters will open starting April 17, 2026, at locations like Haridwar (Railway Station), Rishikesh (ISBT), and Sonprayag.
  

CHAR DHAM REGISTRATION

• Helicopter to Kedarnath: Tickets must be booked exclusively through the official IRCTC HeliYatra Website. You will need your Group ID or Unique Registration Number (URN) from your Yatra registration to book.

• Always carry a printed copy or a screenshot of your QR code e-pass, as it will be scanned at multiple checkpoints along the route.
